Due to exciting new expansion, Hayley Dexis is looking for a Front Desk Executive / Corporate Receptionist based at our brand new, state of the art HQ in Halesowen.

About the Front Desk Executive / Corporate Reception role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join Hayley at a time of significant growth. You’ll be working from our new purpose-built, state of the art HQ in Halesowen with some flexibility to cover other sites as required, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining consistent standards of client care.
Our new site is our flagship building. You’ll be the face of Hayley creating an exceptional first impression and professional front of house ‘service with a smile’ experience.
You’ll greet and settle all visiting staff, customers and guests creating a warm and welcoming environment that people have come to expect from Hayley.
As well as being immaculately well presented and having a professional demeanour, we are looking for successful candidates to be extremely confident communicators with the ability to work autonomously.
You’ll be adept at problem solving, remaining calm under pressure, proactively supporting the needs of our staff, clients and business partners. Your ability to resolve queries and issues will be the cornerstone to your success in this role.
Daily tasks also will include, managing site stationery and kitchen supplies, logging visitors in and out, serving beverages, meeting room set up / clear down and dealing with any maintenance problems. You also support with arranging transport and accommodation for the group and ordering from external caterers as appropriate.

What we are looking for
Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm
This is based on-site Monday to Friday.
