About the Quality Manager role
This role is more than maintaining standards, it’s about inspiring a culture where quality is owned by everyone and excellence is the norm. You’ll lead a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our processes meet the highest industry standards.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to lead from the front, this is your chance to shape the quality landscape of our Rail business.
You’ll have experience in a senior quality role within a demanding, high-compliance industry (rail, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defence, etc.).
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment is key along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
The successful candidate will also have Lead Auditor training, strong QMS knowledge, and experience with regulatory requirements. You’ll also have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ideally have experience with RISAS/RISQS assurance.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm
