About the Assistant Branch Manager - Falkirk
We have a rare opportunity available to join our very successful Falkirk Branch Team during an exciting and busy period of growth here at Hayley.
We’re looking for a natural leader to support and collaborate with all team members. And wider colleagues across the Group. You’ll thrive in a busy environment and will love getting stuck into the daily running of Branch life.
You’ll have strong commercial acumen and excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing a sales strategy. We’re looking for excellent product knowledge as well as evidence of achieving sustained sales, profit and margin improvement.

The successful candidate will have hands on experience within the MRO sector and will ideally have experience already at assistant manager level or sales management level position.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
