Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (05:30 – 14:30, 1 hour lunch)

We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic Delivery Driver to support the team at our busy branches in Exeter and Redruth.

About the Delivery Driver role:

In this varied role you’ll find yourself starting the day at our branch in Exeter where you will meet with the Regional Driver from our headquarters. From there you will bring the overnight goods to our Redruth branch, and then assist with organising customer deliveries, working with the warehouse team to load the delivery van before doing the delivery run itself.

You’ll also be tasked with doing some stock checks at a customer site using a handheld bar scanner. You’ll finish the day back at our Exeter branch each day.

You’ll play a key part in keeping things moving smoothly while enjoying the independence and variety that comes with being out on the road. We’re looking for someone with a good mix of previous driving experience as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

What we’re looking for in our Delivery Driver:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a delivery driver role
• A good knowledge of the local, geographical area
• Good level of IT skills
• A keen eye for health & safety awareness
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic industry.
• Excellent communication skills
